By creating an account or using RemitVals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

• You must provide accurate identity, contact, and payment information.
• We may require KYC checks, live identity capture, sanctions screening, or fraud review before processing transfers.
• We may delay, reject, limit, or cancel transactions where required for security, compliance, or risk reasons.

• Transfer amounts, fees, estimated delivery times, and exchange rates are shown before you confirm payment.
• Exchange rates may change until a transfer is submitted and accepted.
• Recipient bank, mobile money, or cash pickup details must be correct; incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.
• Payment processing may be handled by Paystack, Base44 Payments, Stripe, MTN MoMo, or other approved payment partners.

Pending transfers may be cancellable before payout begins. Once a payout has been sent to a bank, mobile money wallet, card, or pickup partner, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, when available, are returned to the original payment method or wallet after review.

You may not use RemitVals for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, illegal goods or services, unauthorized payments, or activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts or report suspicious activity where required.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep RemitVals reliable, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, payment partner outages, banking network delays, compliance reviews, or events outside our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RemitVals after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
